Make our API platform available on the internet, rather than being only available on the HSCN network.

Our API platform is internet-facing, including our test environments. Our test data tool does still require HSCN access - we have a separate feature for that. Also, Authentication with a smartcard using NHS Identity does still require an HSCN connection - we have a separate feature for that too.

Is there a feature to make the GP Connect Access Record: Structured - FHIR API internet facing also?
