OAuth support for installed apps

Some of our APIs require the end user to authenticate themselves and/or authorise their software to access them, using the OAuth 2.0 standard. OAuth 2.0 uses redirects and is a bit tricky for installed apps which run entirely on the client machine. This feature is to provide something (possibly just guidance) for installed apps using our OAuth 2.0 authorisation service.
