Electronic Prescription Service Tracker API - enable detailed medicines view

The current Electronic Prescription Service (EPS) Tracker API supports a basic search on the status of the prescription. The proposal is to develop the facility to search and retrieve a more detailed view of the content of the patient's prescription

As a GP my clear view is that giving patients the ability to track the status of thier prescription and receive notifications would improve medication concordance and health outcomes.
