Fiona KenyonIt would be so useful to let secondary care providers access the SMR directly into their ERS systems. We have a specific use in Pre Op assessment when need to know the GP medications prior to surgery and for TTAs post inpatient discharge and a direct link would save so much transcription.

Katieif pharmacies could integrate with an SCR API we could better support patients in managing their repeat medication, especially if compliance patients.

Polly EsplenHospice Sector - I am particularly interested in access to the Summary Care Record for children's hospices. We have software that could integrate if we were given access to the API

Sam SmithI would like to prototype an application which uses AI to provide dashboard for **the patient** to investigate their own health, ask questions of their history, look for patterns, etc.
It would be useful to get this even just for **my own** personal data so I can prototype, in order to make the case for this application. -

Charlotte ForsythThis is highly beneficial for patients on waiting lists, as it provides Independent providers with a clearer picture. In our case, we focus on providing neurodiversity assessments. This information offers an accurate and up-to-date record of the patient, supporting both the diagnostic journey and the multidisciplinary team (MDT).
Access to this information would alleviate pressure on primary care when prescribing ADHD medication, as we can gather the necessary information ourselves. -

RichardHospices - Access to this API would allow our software to improve the current appointment systems and care process for end of life patients at our local hospices and homes.

Dr James MorrisAllergy data can change during a hospital attendance. A FIHR structure to make updates by a hospital would help maintain GP and Hospital concordance. I understand this affects the principle of SCR being a community responsibility but feel it is worth consideration.
