Patient names in the PDS FHIR api usage types do not match our other APIs

PDS FHIR API uses the "use value" of "usual" for the official name, however all out other APIS do not. And PDS FHIR API uses "nickname" from preferred name.

For example the FHIR TOC APIs )over ITK3 state that the "use value" for the official name (ie from PDS) should be "official" and preferred name "usual".

PDS and our other APIs should all be the same!

I jave looked at the HL7v3 API and it does use "usual" for the main official name on PDS as well. But this is inconsistent with all our other FHIR APIs and indeed UK CORE Patient profile now. Please can it be fixed.

Agreed, the Patient name usage type should be consistent across all our APIs, we are investigating further
