PDS to add other gazetteer property references e..g UPRN

Currently PDS only adds PAF code to addresses like Home address - but a lot of supplier systems out there use OS Addressbase as it is now free to gov agencies, that relies on UPRN as property reference. Why not have this is PDS as well?? Of course this is linked to the patient add/update process from supplier systems and what they use - but worth investigation
