Expose a certificate renewal and download API

Every year 100s, if not 1000s of certificate renewals are performed by a human that requires too many manual steps.

This is costly to the business, it is error prone, and it increases the possibility of certificate expiry incidents. This in turn affects patient care.

The steps linked below illustrate the manual steps currently needed. Please expose a REST API that enables an organization to post a CSR and other required attributes so that the process may be automated and save 100s of hours in lost productivity. In addition, please expose an API that allows the certificate to be downloaded so that no UI is required in the certificate renewal process.
