GP Connect User Permissions

Specifying a new API which allows the NHS App and other patient facing services to integrate more easily with GP Systems, specifically around user permissions for health information and services. This will enable users to view their existing health record permissions and use the patient facing service to request for changes to their permissions.
All user permissions are held within GP systems where healthcare professionals control what healthcare information and services patients have access to.
