Transfer of Care FHIR APIs - Support for End-to-End Testing

3 votes

We must stand-up GP Foundation IT systems such as EMIS Web and SystmOne long term in the INT environment to support secondary care providers / suppliers with their end-to-end testing of the Transfer of Care FHIR APIs. Although done on a temporary basis for national FoT it was not kept as a useful testing resource for the many secondary care providers (NHS and Independent sector) who still need a stable E2E testing facility to either give them the confidence to start sending live messages or support the testing of changes to their ToC FHIR solutions once they have gone live. During INT E2E testing, in addition to receival of ACKs, message initiators need to be supported in being allowed to see the Human Readable Object created from their FHIR message in the GP Foundation IT system. The target GP system should be patched to the same level as live.
ToC solution developers on sender side should be able to download ODS Code, MESH Mailbox ID and patient list for target system.
