PDS FHIR API - R4 UK Core

At the moment PDS FHIR API seems to be STU3 , this breaks expectations for implementations that want to adopt UKCore R4 FHIR specification.

Ravi, the PDS FHIR API is FHIR R4 and does use OK Core as explained at https://digital.nhs.uk/developer/api-catalogue/personal-demographics-service-fhir#api-description__technology .

Thanks , I more confused as the resource seems to use Careconnect extensions which are STU3 and doesn't have URL identifier to state what FHIR version it's conforms to as you say.

Ravi, as far as I'm aware all the extensions on the PDS FHIR API are UK Core (FHIR R4), not CareConnect.
