The ability for developers or Onboarding leads to remove a product from DOS - this is currently unavailable and many APIs have 'Test' products listed that are affecting metrics and increasing the product list unnecessarily.

Alex Lord AdminWe are actively looking at how to handle the ever-increasing list of accounts. The balancing act here is: (1) one of becoming open with our assurance requirements for software developers - a key pain point historically from users - which means easy access to them via onboarding; (2) the proliferation of accounts this can lead to, some of which may not be active.
Our near-term plan is to build in a sense of dormancy or inactivity in to the system. This would mean all metrics and data we use to monitor our onboarding performance would not be clouded by long term inactive accounts, and it also would help our onboarding lead to focus on the accounts that need the most help, hopefully improving our service.
