https://digital.nhs.uk/developer/help-and-support now contains this information, including links to guides. And this page will be the one that all the "feedback"/"help"/"contact us" links point to.

There is also links to the Developer Community and - for users who prefer to email with their queries - advice on what information to include in their query to help us to help them. This page will further evolve with continuous improvement over the next couple of quarters.
